How do I update my payment method?
You can update your payment method in your account settings under the Billing section. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
When will I be charged?
You will be charged on the billing date shown for each subscription. We send reminder emails 7 days before each charge.
Can I get a refund?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on most services. Contact support within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
How do I cancel a subscription?
You can cancel any subscription from your account dashboard. Your service will remain active until the end of the billing period.
